OTL owns and operates many motor vehicle dealerships, including Toyota, Honda, Audi, Volkswagen, Renault, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Hino dealerships. Apart from providing excellent sales and after sales services to our customers, OTL also provides auxiliary services such as the sales of auto accessories, licensing, insurance and hire-purchase arrangements in China. OTL has recently started its second-hand car sales operation throughout its car dealership network.

In December 1997, OTL established a well-equipped factory in Zhenjiang, China producing and marketing warehousing storage products for various industries including the automotive industry. The factory was a joint venture project between OTL and the Fritz Schafer Group of Germany. In 2000, OTL increased its interest in the factory to 100%. The factory has established a good reputation in China and attained an ISO9001 Quality Certification in April 2001. Its products are exported to Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Japan, Australia, North and Latin Americas.

In respect of auto parts operations, we have Oriental Auto Parts (“OAP”). OAP is principally engaged in trading of auto parts under our own brand – “OTL”. Through its experienced management team, which has close working relationships with major auto parts manufacturer, OAP assures we have quality raw material, production process and quality control in line with O.E.M. standard. Nowadays, OTL Parts have built a good reputation for their dependability and customer satisfaction.
